Update problem/ can not connect to game

I’m playing this game over 2 years, I spent countless evenings and some money on it. I’m also active member of polish dominations community, I’m also member one of top alliance. Unfortunately despite my engagement I’m facing a huge test now. 5 days ago, out of nowhere I had a pop up window when I’m logging to game that new version is available. I have the latest version of game on my device so basically I cannot do anything apart from playing my minor accounts. It wouldn’t be that bad but I cannot help my alliance by participating in wars and help them to fight for glory. The real problem is utmost disrespect and lack of understanding from customer service. At first couple days of silence, no answer for any of my tickets and when I finally had the answer, it wasn’t really a king of answer I was looking forward to.
For many companies, clients are he best asset and they care for them. Apparently Nexon don’t care for own clients and players. I am able to understand some technical problems may occur, but when I face one, I’d really like to be treated like a client, not like burden.
