I have reported Network Error message popup shown when playing multiplayer battles only when its a easy win battle and attacking player ends up loosing Medals as well as troops deployed in the battle several times to Nexon customer support team, but they always post standard reply to check internet connectivity, mobile device memory, space, etc.. I have a 100 MBPS internet without any latency issue, I use OnePlus 5T high configuration mobile device with 8 GB RAM and 128 GB memory and it runs awesome. The issue I see is it's a deliberate message popup that the game shows masqueraded as a Network Error message only when the attacking player plays a easy win multiplayer battles. I have sent screenshots of the message several times to customer support when I reported the issue recurrence, but they stick to standard cut and paste templated response which shows it's a deliberated in game code. I have recorded video of this issue as well but there's no option in the in game customer support chat to upload videos
