*Update* World War Matchmaking Wait Times

Hi!

As the community has discussed in several places, we have been experiencing some long wait times in each category for World Wars.

Earlier today, we began making matches by hand for Alliances that have been in queue for a long period of time. To those of you who helped to call out some stuck Alliances - thank you!

The current fix that is needed will take a few days to test & implement, so over the weekend will will be checking in periodically and crafting more World War match-ups. The best thing to do is to keep your Alliance in the queue so we can see you and match you up. We'd hate to miss you while you were briefly changing your war size or participants!

Thanks Tin! Curious to know if you guys have any plan to extend the war replay Beta? Given we did not have a war for 10 days, I did not really had the luxury to test the feature.

Tell us nexon, how many teams are in the line up ? How hard is it to manually match the teams that have reached out to,you countless times already ?
Either it concerns just a few and it should be solved by now, or it is very widespread and you have been ignoring the issue for 11 days ?

For my understanding, majority of top 100 alliances are impacted.
And could be similar number of alliance outside top 100 as well

Still no war in The 1st Dynasty (almost 10 days now) and we had hoped for a manual match yesterday... but I realized I don't know what time zone those who are working on this fix work in. I know the game is world wide but don't know how spread out the IT department is.

TinSoldier, could you let us know? I know NB4 works on California time and have been assuming you are on the same schedule, but it would help to know if that is true. Thanks!

We began manually matching them yesterday. This afternoon, we will go through the queue again.

Personally, I'm located on the East Coast!

Reposting my message of this morning which seems to have disappeared.
either the issue concerns only a handful of top alliances (and then question would be was it done on purpose?) and that small number who repeatedly complained for the last 11 days have been ignored, either it is a lot more widespread than we believe and still nexon ignored the issue for 11 days.
if small number, how difficult is it to make manual match ups? If wide number why hasn't nexon come up with a fix, a communication, and compensation ?
just to make things clear, some "fortunate" alliances had war cancelled on them twice, with loss of all war base donations, coalitions and glory since the war could not be accessed by both teams at the same time. Needless to say multiple request to cs were met by a generic message stating that those who were impacted have been compensated. Nexon, worst customer service ever.
