upgrading APC, is it worth it?

it only boosts the stats of the vehicle itself, doesn't even reduce spawn waves time, is it worth it to upgrade?

IMHO it's not really worth it if you don't have the oil to spare. E.g. it makes more sense to invest in Amelia research to get a fifth plane or upgrade the plane for better survivability.

You get just 10% more HP and 11% more DPS for the vehicle, paired with 45 oil increase. I just started the research because it was discounted by 50% a week ago.

yea i thought the same, too bad I couldn't when it was discounted cuz my factory was still upgrading but seems Amelia is a more reasonable choice

Not really worth it right now, but I took advantage of the discount. When the next age comes out, the spawners will be upgraded, presumably, so that will be worth it.

It is worth it if they increase hp or damage of infantery spawn

Sooner or Later, you will upgrade to APC 3
Just like Factory 5, which is useless, but you need it for 6 and 7
