Urgent -Game Crashing / Closing

When I click on the task button and the village edit button in the alliance chat, my game is freezing and crashing. The problem still continues when I delete the game. Would you help with the emergency?

I reported this issue about 6 months ago, no one cared then and I doubt anything will happen to fix it now.

Yup the game has regressed to the bugs from last year. Game crashing upon battle exit on my device. They don't care about this game anymore when they have two new cash cows out.

I have exact the same problem when I play on my ipad.
I found 2 ways to edit my base :
- with my ipad : I participate to WW and then I click on edit base by clicking on it through the war map (sometimes it even crashes here but 50% of the time it works)
- with my android smartphone, here there is no crash problem, but the screen is smaller, modifying my base on ipad is far more pleasant

But if Nexon could finally solve this this problem which lasts for months it could be nice ...

Dear Nexon, You have users who have been living this problem for 6 months, and you do nothing to fix it. I've been having this problem for about 3 months, and I have no way to edit my base. And I can't use the task button in chat because the game crashes as I press the button...

I have also started experiencing this issue again, but only on iOS.
Last time I had this problem logging into the map editor from Android solved the problem, but this time nothing seems to help.
I keep having to log in from an Android device each time I want to post an ally challenge.
This is extremely annoying

I've been having a bad lag and crashing while making multi player attacks in war, while chatting while, editing my base etc etc etc. it's getting really old!!!

After the new Cold War update, the crashes continue as I showed in the same video... And no Nexon attendant is interested in these problems.

I have the same problem.. can't edit my bases or ask for challenges on my allience.
