How can I get the Default Veteran Rifleman from the Cold War Era?

Hello,

The Veteran Rifleman troop will be unlocked for upgrade once your Armory reaches Level 11 and you already have the Veteran SMG troop researched from the Armory.

However, the Veteran Rifleman may have different versions of itself if you are affiliated to a certain Nation:

Chinese - People's Heavy Rifleman
British - RGJ Rifleman
Koreans - Heavy Republic Rifleman
