Victory Chest stuck at 12 stars

For the past month and a half my victory chest gets stuck at 12 out of 15. It doesn't matter that I win 15,20,or even 30 stars. In the battle result in top left corner shows that I have 15/15, but upon returning home the counter in the left bottom shows 12/15 Sometimes it shows correctly for a few seconds and then reverts back to 12/15. I wrote from the game support link and nothing has been done Empty promises "we are working on it" and resetting my Victory Chest which makes me wait about 20 hours until I get to see that I have 12/15 in it and still can't get past it. I wasn't able to collect rewards for a long time. Fix it once and for all!

Customer Service should be able to fix it. There is a known bug where if you finish researching Spoils of War in the library while you have more than 12 stars, you will get stuck

i hope the fix it soon for you, I've noticed the victory chest can be buggy sometimes too, once i was 14/15 and i did an alliance members friendly challenge and it completed the chest for me
