Video not working

I am not receiving the crowns from watching videos. The video usually plays but then freezes on the screen which says your reward is on its way closing this screen will not affect....

anyway. I am having to close the screen and am definitely not receiving the crowns.

Do you know if it is all ads not paying or just certain ones?
I ask because I've found the same issue but it's limited exclusively to slot machine app ads. I've found that force closing the app during the ads that are broken doesn't waste an "ad watch" so I just retry it until I get the ads that work.
This is on iOS by the way so double tapping the home button or 4-finger-swiping up to dismiss the app. Android has a similar screen but access depends on the brand of device. Hopefully it helps
