Village Swapped for 8 days - no news...

It's been 8 days since my village got swapped with somebody else's. Out of boredom, I've maxed out every possible building and let the occasional visitor rob off whatever resources they want, while losing my ranking from 850 down to 720. Pretty soon I may be knocked out of my alliance. Time to get creative.

Nexon, when are you going to bring me back my village? How long does it take? Will you even make an effort to help?

My village was swapped over a week ago, no response to my in game ticket other than the standard "this is a priority, we are looking into it". My alliance member got his village swapped a couple days ago and his base is now restored. What the ??? Apparently there must not be a queue of any sort otherwise mine would have been fixed before his. My attempts for Apple refund were denied and said I need to continue to work with the developer. ya, good luck with that.

Thanks for restoring my village, I'm finally in the game. I appreciate your effort and thank you for taking the time.

At the same token, I'd like to say that identifying the issues and possibly resolving them could have been done automatically; my account (rank, age) was clearly in conflict with the village I was set to manage, so this should have triggered an alert. Also, from reading other people's concerns (both paying and non-paying members) I see this issue is widespread; I don't think it's right to let the issue remain open for 8 or more days; in such length of time one's progress in the game is impacted and has implications on the alliances they're with.

I hope you will find ways to improve on these issues, again thanks for delivering a fun and entertaining game!
