Here is the nexon answer for a request i made after a bug.

Hi there, this is GM Kel taking over and were sorry but we will be unable to grant your current request. Simply put, you were able to upgrade a wall worth 3600000 gold with only 1071641 so technically speaking, you've had a virtual debt in game in which you were able to correct after quite some time since you were able to gain some gold. Now, we'd like to confirm if you'd want to instead receive back the 3600000 Gold but we will revert back the said wall to its previous level or just leave it this way.

So there was a glitch in the game that made you build a wall with some gold you hadn't have and led you to negative gold amount, and they make you feel you are the guilty one.

That's exactly what they did here. The players have problems because of bugs nexon is unable to solve but It's as if the players are responsible.
Nexon can't even assume their own incompetence !
Moreover if i follow their stupide theory, we should be able to upgrade buildings even if we don't have food or gold enough, creating a virtual debt. It's the most delirious and stupid answer i every read from nexon but I'm sure they can do worst....

Will Nexon also offer virtual credit cards at a competitive rate, so we can purchase future upgrades and pay for them at the end of the month?
What interest rate will they charge?
Can I consolidate all my other games' virtual debt onto one card? It's much easier to budget with only one virtual credit card!

Many things are virtual with nexon, and specialy their developpers, their competences, their investigation after a problem, their work against cheating... Many things....
