So iv been trying new things but want to know what other players think. What's best to put in side alliance castle for war Defense I Usually PUT A Cannon AND Either A Knight OR Gunmesn. What do you players put in for war Defense castles

cannon (seige weapons) are by far the best, then ranged unit (gunmen)

Yeah that's what I usually put but a few times I put knights

1st piority are the canons and topped up with rifles.

If your teammates' alliance gate is small, I guess you can try the mortar troops. Never seen them in action coming out of the TC before tho. So I can't say if they are any good.

We also put the highest level siege we can then we top off with Machine Guns or Ranged Shooters

So you all agree that cannons>tanks for TC defense? Honestly my favorite troops for def are tanks, ranged soldiers, and maybe also Gatlings. About Mortars on TC defense, Idk man, doesn't sound too good.

Artillery are great if someone drops all their footmen in one spot in front of your tc. They'll all be gone in 2 or 3 shots from your arty. (splash damage)

Arts are always the 1st piority in. But for the lower levels that can not fit an art in can consider a mortar if they like. If not... rifles will do just fine.
