War attacks not showing up

Several members have made attacks tonight in our war but are not getting credit for the attacks.

From other chat groups this seems to be happening to other alliances.

Same here. I just lost a 5 star attack which may cost my alliance the war. It happened right after the retrain video. Ugh. Also, I don’t know if this is an iOS issue but I could not even attach a photo to my customer service complaint.

Same thing happened to us. So far two attacks have not registered. One android, one iOS. We will report to CS.

Our alliance is making reports. Seeing lots of same issues on Facebook. BHG_Muet can you please check into this one as it is happening to many.

I lost an attack too about 16 hours ago. I also havent been able to send screen shots to CS. Picture loads up but no attach link after the load.

Our alliance as well. It shows 7 attacks used, but only 3 are listed on the war report.

Unsurprisingly, the devs have not responded to either one.

We lost our war today by 1 point, 5 or 6 attacks were not recorded. Tickets submitted to cos, no word yet..... the silence is deafening.

This seems like the ideal environment to drop another age into, maybe another revenue scheme as well? Who needs basic functionality anyway?

Same here 7 attacks over 2 alliances not showing up, I still can't watch movies or do instant retrain, I couldn't add offencive coalitions after the war started either now. The game is broken please please please do not roll out dynasty age just fix what is going on now.

Our Alliance too, 17 attacks done and only 13 showing up. Also game keeps crashing when trying to form coalitions, has happened numerous times to several people.

BHG_Muet we’re having to suspend wars until this problem is fixed. 1/3 of attacks aren’t registering. It isn’t fair to my team to to take such a risk. I’d really appreciate some communication as to what’s going on and what’s being done to fix the problem. Any timeline would also be appreciated.

we already lost 2 attacks and now we are all afraid to continue. 514 glory is at stake here. We can't throw away this opportunity.

I have suspended wars in my alliance as well until thos is fixed. I did notice when logging in today there was a download needed so might of been a patch

Not only are attacks/stars NOT showing up, the game is taking the attack away from you. So you have one screen saying no attack used and the map screen saying you're out of attacks. This is nasty!
