Seriously nexon. I lost the war lost my cards proved I had a crash proved it was your servers. Proved it's a know bug. I got 100 crowns. I didn't want 100 crowns. I wanted my army cards returned. How hard is it to click on your little button and return my 4 little event cards. That I lost because your codes and your servers crash. This is poor excuse for costumer service. So simple to fix. What 4 cards returned could cause you to go broke. How about players leaving the game quiting because of stupid crap like this. I didn't care that I lost loot I did t care I lost the war. I asked for my cards to be returned. Unfortunately we won't be able to do this.

This is this is why I hate the fact I spent so much on this game. Hate it. Not anymore so sick of this stupid crap you guys keep pulling. Players have left such a bad joke. Why don't you pass on to ownership that maybe treating paying customers like my self with a bit more respect would do you some good! War unplayable right now

Yep, they walked into this one. They introduced the stronghold, which values paid-for cards more, but didn't fix their server issues. Bad policy.

It is absolutely pathetic. Our top players are all refusing to participate in wars. 100 crowns is absolutely no compensation. Dominations is such a great game - it's a pity that it's so full of bugs. Nexon are going to lose a lot of customers if this continues

In normal game play I very rarely see crashes any more , however in our last war both of my attacks crashed as soon as I dropped my troops ....zero stars, zero loot, zero to collect after the war......okay that's ultra annoying but no real harm done except to the chances of helping the alliance win a war ( so potentially impacting on the loot that everyone in the alliance could collect .........and bear in mind twice in the last four or five wars, one or two stars was the difference between a win and a loss ).

No, the real kicker was that I had foolishly spent money on one of the troop offers to bolster both my Stronghold and my attacks , of course all those troops were lost without any value .....I had in effect thrown the money down the Nexon drain .

So , I complain , and what do I get .....100 crowns , the "standard compensation' .....
The compensation for losing, at a minumum, £5 worth of extra troops ( depending on which troop offer you take ) ..... 100 crowns ( about £1 worth of crowns ).
To date it does not even seem as if Nexon are admitting or acknowledging that this is even an issue ........as usual, it's being blamed on the players internet connections ( really ?? ) .
The thing is that several other players , including our top players , had the same issue in our last wars, and are seeing the same thing happen in our current war......a war which I am thankfully out of .

So Nexon , do you yet acknowledge it's a problem?
Are you going to reconsider your "Standard compensation” now that you are heavily pushing for people to spend extra on troop offers specifically to use in conjunction with the stronghold ?

I have to tell you that I and several others , including some very high Atomic age players , are not interested in participating in wars until this is addressed ...and we certainly won't be buying into troop offers , as they are likely to simply disappear in the blink of an eye.

Any answer to any of these points !

I had the same thing happen 6 times now! And the other members of my alliance have experienced the same and we keep losing wars as a result! I should at least get those purchases with stronghold armies/troops refunded! Unbelievable. They just keep telling me to follow the recommended best practices prior to a ww battle! I do all the recommended prevention strategies before each and every battle. I make sure my phone is not on low power mode or personal hotspot, I reset it frequently to clear cache etc.

I'm thinking the problem is with the stronghold troops making the crashes or at least part of the problem. I hadn't used any stronghold troops yet, but this last war I bought one of the offers for my 2nd attack and when I went to attack its said "player already under attack", and lost my attack even though it didn't show. Based on the above posts most if not all have had stronghold troops

Well, then the problem with using extra troops in war seems to be solved. They crash the game when deployed, so they can't be used. Win win.

I feel for you peeps, but I must admit I havent had any of those issues since the 5.3 patch, and I have been using card armies.

my alliance is at war right now with 9 hours to go and we have lost 3 attacks due to crashes all involving stronghold troops, get this sorted out Nexon! it is a serious issue that is discouraging players from playing this game, losing a war for your issues is not very fair is it ?

This extra troops are cheated stuff anyway, you can five star any base without even knowing how to fight just because you have a large amount of troops thanks to your credit card ...
If you don't buy this crap you don't risk to loose them because of a bug.
If you know how to fight you can win wars using all standard troops : army, planes, generals, mercenaries, tactics, coalitions, ally troops, sometimes extra troops won during an event ... really if you do **** scores with all this it's sad.

NB4, please help us. You are our only hope since Nexon doesn't seem to care. They are letting these crashes go on and on and on. Don't they understand that players are now starting to give up on the game? We know you are a good guy but come on man, these complaints have to be stressing you also.

I play 3 games from another big game company, and NEVER ONCE has the app crashed in years of playing. Dominations crashes on me about once a day, and has a memory leak because it become unplayably slow after ~15 minutes. Charging for armies and then losing them to crashes because of poor programming should definitely be compensated!

Same problem here, they are less crashes than before but I still have 2-3 crashes each day and the game has to be relaunched regularly because it becomes slow and unplayable. It's the only game with such problems :
I play also Vega Conflict every day -> since my beginning in 2015 not a single crash !
I played Game Of War and Mobile Strike until I reached lvl 10 to get crowns for DN : not a single crash (but these games are among the worst games I've ever played, publicity everywhere and these game are totally pay to win orientated, even more than DN)

NB, this is definitely a systemic problem. But as long as NEXON/BHG refuses to acknowledge it, it won't be corrected. The CS guys insist this code corruption doesn't exist and its due to players devices and/or wifi...

admit there is a problem at least, it's not going to go away simply because you don't address it !

People are not going to buy , or use the dock to collect the extra troops you are desperate to tout if they are simply to disappear in a crash .
At the very least 100 crowns does not anywhere near count as compensation .....

You sound bitter ......why ? It's actually not cheating , it's a legitimate part of the game which most people I have attacked, or been attacked by seem to be using them..... you don't seem to know that you actually don't have to buy them , you can collect them by doing an expedition from your dock .

Nb4powerup unlikely any of this will matter. Cs needs to refund cards that players are spending gmoney for. This is bull and needs to be address pronto. But no worries it won't be

This issue has been going on since last update. I haven't had crashes since the early days. However, I have opted out of war for over a week because my game crashes as soon as I drop stronghold troops. Immediate, sudden and all troops lost.

Far more surprising is that I have gotten only canned responses from customer service. In the past they have been helpful, but not on this issue. They are mute if they will even let me know if they address the problem. I'm going to give it another try end of week. If the problem persists, that may be the end for me.

Has anyone seen a response from Nexon if they have fixed the issue? I was going to test the game to see if it still crashes with a stronghold troop drop during war.
