War is gone

I matched for war about an hour ago, donated troops, and now the New War screen comes up instead of the map. Anyone else seeing something similar?

We encountered something similar for a brief period, but, the war was back after a while.
It happened around the start time of war day for us (about 4-5 hours ago from the time of writing this port), and we were unable to bring in the attacks for sometime because the new war screen was showing up. Thereafter, things were back, and we are able to continue with the war.
Fingers crossed that things go smoothly from here.

I also experienced this issue when we started a new war yesterday. A few people donated field howitzers and an hour later war was gone.

I had sought help from customer service. They deleted the last legit battle from my history and closed the issue report. So helpful.

I think the two issues go hand in hand. We started a war a few days ago with an alliance that we didn't get the name of and we donated some troops and than the war just disappeared. So we started a new war an hour later against a Korean alliance (Couldn't tell you the name since it was in Korea letters). It was a gain 100 lose 745 glory. We won that war handily but once the timer went to zero, we lost 93-0 and it shows that not one person in our alliance attacked. The only thing that makes sense to me (Though we got no reparations for the lost loot, glory, troops cards used) is that the game switched us back to the first opponent. We did not even have a chance to win.

Yup that’s what happened to us, except the loss screen of the first battle made it so we couldn’t get to the second battle, so we got hit twice.

Same problem for our alliance.
We started a new ww against a team. One hour after the opponent was found, he disapeared and a new one appeared!!!
One hour before the end of the ww, the result shows we lost against the first opponent without having played the ww.
It seems 2 ww were played at the same time!!
WTF is this bug?
We contacted bugxon and we are waiting for an answer

It happened to us, TWICE back-to-back! One disappeared after we matched. One happened mid way through the war....
