War loot when attacking down > 1 level

I think it doesn't make sense that war loot for a base is different depending on the level of the attacker. A base of a particular age should always be worth about the same. Also, the loot gained from the attack itself should be brought into line with what you could get from a multi-player battle on a base of that level. Here is my suggestion:

This still encourages players to attack as high as possible, but doesn't penalize players who have to hit down.

I would also eliminate loser's war loot. The increased attack loot will compensate.

I didn't include rubies because I think they can remain as is (including losers loot), and would be a deterrent to attacking down.

By your figures most of my attacks would be useless. I hit many EA and IA in MP daily as an IA base. Why should my 100k IA army only gain 300k food or less from a fight? If an IA base is just sitting there wih 700/700k of course I am going to ...help them with their savings. Putting restrictions on the maximum earned is unfair to those who train a strong army to use it.

Now if you are talking about "minimum loot" that may be one thing even though I don't honestly see Nexon doing that.

It's about WW and not MP, but yes no "max attack loot". I'm completely agree that normalizing war loot is a good idea.
