Was there a change to war rank/weight calculations?

Just started a new war. We usually see people move 1-2 ranks up or down at most, never really more, our rankings are pretty consistent and have been for months. But not today! This war many many people in our alli went up or down 5+ ranks, some changed over 10 ranks. I went from 2 to 12, our previous 9 went to 1, many people in the teens are now top 10 and vice versa. Seems very abnormal lol.

Has anyone else that's started a war in the last several hours seen similar?

We did, everything looks normal, ranks are all as before.

for us there was some ups and downs. one player went from 15 to 5th. and some fell from 7-8 to 12-13. all these players are global.

Hv seen same thing in today war, really surprise with the change. But i would say it's look more real and appropriate. Xp level definitely 1 of the criteria.

I dont know if I agree its more accurate. There are a few people in my alliance ranked ahead of me that I can find nothing higher than what I have, except for maybe some economic buildings. Have also compared uni and library and armory with them and Im equal or ahead of all of them. Its really odd. However, some of the people moves do seem more appropriate, just really hard to explain some.
