Because of advance computing, the time taken and number of personnal required to do specific tasks reduced tremendously. Thus instead of the current price reducing, this should be the actual effects.

Tier 1 - Reduce the time taken to research at the university by 5%.
Tier 2 - Reduce the university research lvl requirement for the next tier by 1.
(the higher tier research will require only 4 lvls of previous tier to unlock)
Tier 3 - Reduce the time taken to research at the university by 5%.
Tier 4 - Reduce the total research required to learn the Capstone powers by 20.
(Capstone powers will need 80 instead of 100 total researches to learn)
Tier 5 - Reduce the total worker required to research the skills by 1.
