With these rebalances in the works, I thought it would be nice to see what y’all actually want. I for one, completely disagree that defence needs a buff, but maybe I’m a minority.

Do you guys feel that the devs time and efforts could be better spent else where? If so, on what?

Devs should hop one alliance to another. Talk to the leaders. Be more active in the forum. And most importantly, accommodate our ideas and suggestions to implement in the future.

This is the only forum I visit where Moderators don't get involved in most talks, and there are plenty of individual members who have posted more than Administrators 😆

Three things:

3) Better matchmaking in wars

We're currently in a war (25v25) where our top ten consists of three global age accounts and seven industrial. They have two cold war age, six atomic, one global and two industrial.

In our last war they had three cold war, six atomic and one global. They're not even sandbagging to achieve this - they're stronger than us from top to bottom. It makes me think that the matchmaking algorithm solely consists of matching whoever starts searching for a war at the same time as you with the same number of players. Relative strengths don't seem to play a part at all.

I also think that only the top half of the war roster should be taken into consideration when matchmaking (i.e. top ten in a 20v20 war, top twenty in a 40v40) - they are the ones that determine the outcome of the war. This would eliminate sandbagging overnight

wrathchild_78 - thank you for bringing this concise list up to the top. I'm happy to share it with the team. I know a number of them are in various stages of development and testing.

We've seen some variations on workers and upgrade times recently, with the new addition to discount events (for workers) and addition of Speed Ups to allow workers to build faster and free up more quickly.

The new uses for generals has also seen a few variations, with the Admiral Yi Troop Tactic and the Hannibal general addition from the University. Sometimes, the team is able to try out changes through these avenues, before bringing them to the mainline parts of the game.

If you're looking to new types of World Wars, I strongly urge you to look for the community announcements posted here and in the DomiNationsPrime Discord channel. I've really enjoyed working with the community to form these for fun no-glory wars!

This is the attitude that we want to see from you guys as well. Yes, you are trying and we know that but you just have to be more strict with cheaters. Do not roll them back. Ban them for life.
In addition, erase the leaderboards and lets start from scratch. Many people want this as it has become really boring and meaningless.

How about a highly challenging weekly event single-player base with prize levels based on stars achieved? I bet that would give you great opportunity to try things out and loads of good data.

I understand that Nexon need money to exist, maybe you give the community the option to buy a fortress free version of the Game. With an own clan ranking. That will solve the most problems. And everyone can decide for his own to give back his existing troop cards for free playing. But in a payable price... Please

Build a community... the forums are antiquated! If they really wanted to know they could push an in game notification with a link to a survey. I did surveys for Ingress and magic rush. Other games push the rate if not 5* then ticket submitted to their cs team. I am not against this rebalancing however am skeptical. They were working on matchmaking implemented one change and then just left everybody high and dry and tried to sweep it under the rug. Maybe the better question is what does BHG and Nexon want from DomiNations? Oh yes I am aware that they are a publicly traded company that has shareholders who just want to make money but I dont think that is its only purpose. Where is the vision? I see so much potential in DomiNations and like many I am frustrated that it has not lived up.

1) SAND BAG PENALTY.
FOR HAVING INACTIVE ACCOUNTS, OR THAT ARE NOT ATTACKED IN WAR. MANY ALLIANCES MAKE THIS JUST TO BE ABLE TO AGAINST OPPONENTS MORE WEAK (WHAT IS HARMFUL FOR THE WEAKEST). THE FAMOUS SAND BAGS. IF EVERY ATTACK DID NOT BE DONE BY DECONTANDO 1 STAR, I THINK THAT THE WARS WOULD LEVEL A LOT. IN ADDITION, ALLIANCES WITH EXPERIENCE WILL RECEIVE NEW PLAYERS AS THEY WILL HELP MUTUALLY TO IMPROVE THEIR PERFORMANCE IN THE WARS.
2) LIMIT THE EASY CREATING OF ACCOUNTS ONLY WITH ATTACK:
IT'S NECESARY TO INCREASE THE MINIMUM LEVEL IN WHICH THE PLAYER CAN CHAGE OF AGE. BECAUSE IMPROVING THE OFFENSIVE IS MORE EASY THAN IMPROVING THE DEFENSE, THE GAME IS FULL OF ATOMIC LEVEL LEVEL PLAYERS 165 THAT ARRIVED IN 1 YEAR AT THAT LEVEL, AND CAN DEFEAT AT LEVEL 225 WHICH INVERTED 2 YEARS IN THE GAME IMPROVING THEIR DEFENSES AND IN THE UNIVERSITY

better matchmaking - it is frustrating after twelve hours matching a team who don't have a hope against us or us a hope against them... sometimes I imagine the enemy groan when they see our cwa vs their aa

Speedups buyable for players with completely full food / gold resources. Resource sink that moves extra resources into actual improved build times. Limit the number of times per day so the economy doesn't get completely drained.
