What happened to the Free Crowns offers section?

- Is there a new company doing it now?
- What happened to the offers I had completed but were 'verifying'?
- Was something written about this in the release notes that I missed?
Any answers would be appreciated...

Looks to me like they switched company. Pretty disappointing as i had been working on 3k crowns with game of war offer for the past 3 days.

Indeed there should be more then one provider of this free crown offers ,so you have a freedom to choose (like in many other games)

I completed Final Fantasy during the double crown offer about a week ago and have not received the crowns, customer service referred me to Fiber who requested a screenshot as proof which I provided. Fiber is now not responding to my inquires. BEWARE , I understand that Fiber is a third party to Nexon, however the offer should be rewarded as advertised even if Nexon has to reward the crowns. Thats what I would do if it were my business.

Yeah. Me too!! I completed that game to level 10. Didn't receive any crowns. Emailed them but that company neglected and didn't answer me!! One should take the responsibility Nexon or Fyber but nobody did!!

The only ones of those that ever worked for me were the 1-crown offers. I wasted a lot of time chasing the bigger ones with no results. :/

Yeh I emailed Fyber after they sent me the usual one wanting proof. Which I provided last week. Screenshots of the required purchase through the App Store. No reply yet....

You say that we can continue making progress, but when I go into offers to see available rewards, there are none. Like I havent accepted offer, which I did, coz who would do 10 level citadel in Final Fantasy coz they like to do it.
I have sent email to supersonicsads and fyber but there are no answers.
What can I do to get those rewards?

Glad to hear you guys switched providers. Maybe a pain for those offers in progress but Fyber was a pain to work with in tracking down crowns.

Here is where I'm at trying to get 7890 crowns from the Final Fantasy offer, customer service tells me to contact Fyber, done with proof and no response. CS says to keep sending them emails, done with no response. Post my experience here on the forum, administrators recommend contacting CS, done. CS referred me to this forum with a generic response. A bargain maid should be paid. To top it off, the game Final Fantasy really sucked and was grueling to get to level ten. Are you sure you guys don't work for the government!

I have had the same problem with Fyber regarding the Final Fantasy XV offer. Mine was 8022 crowns for lvl 10 Citadel. I have seen the crown rewards for the FF XV offer all over the place. I finished the lvl 10 Citadel in 3 days but never received the crowns. I used the Support link on the offer wall to send a message to Fyber. I received an automated response requesting screenshots. I sent those last week. I have been sending further emails requesting an update and have received no response at all. And now with Fyber no longer linked to Dominations I wonder if they will ever deliver. FF XV is a horrible game that tarnishes the Final Fantasy name. I only spent time with the game to get the promised crowns

You are lucky guys to be rewarded that amount of crowns. I assume you are in us. In France that horrible FF game rewards only something like 500 crowns.

After 10 days of emailing Fyber with no response I posted a few angry tweets on their twitter page (I opened my first twitter account just for that). Within a few minutes I received a response:

"Hi, Can you please tell us the ticket number for the issue you've reported? We can ask our Customer Service colleagues to prioritize it. Thanks in advance for your patience! Fyber Social Media Team"

About 5 minutes after sending the ticket # I received an email saying all has been taken care of. My 8000 crowns are now showing. Their Social Media Team seems much more responsive than their Do Nothing Email Team. I suggest others having issues with missing rewards and no response from emails try the twitter page.

Im not recieve crowns too. Finish level 23 on the game. Now when I came back to the offer page, it said that I need to go to level 14. Cant archieve that weird thing. Because I cant downgrade the figure.
