Where are the Nexon Moderators?

Given some of the postings today...some of them threatening legal action, some accusing Nexon employees of serious corruption, I'm amazed that the posts haven't been closed or deleted by a forum moderator. It confirms my long held belief that representatives of Nexon virtually ignore this forum.

I see them coming online from time to time. But they don't do much, just close down one or two threads about cheating players.

It's really odd. Aren't they supposed to be "Community Managers"? Aren't they supposed to engage the player and relay feedback to the devs?

I have seen posts about how they are shorthanded..but shouldn't they have a customer support team in place for a game that is downloadable on multiple devices?
