Hello everyone. I want to contact the administrators of the game. As I can do? I hope meet here in the forum

My problem is this. Yesterday afternoon when I loaded my game I see the play of another player. Since then every time I open it I get that. What bothers me is that it is a base with a completely different configuration to mine, a player who has done things wrong in its development, and now it appears to me.
Yesterday morning worked well, with some minor glitches but it was my game.

Is there any solution for this?

On the multi-post-- be sure you only click the post button once and wait. These forums have bugs that could eat Tokyo.

Regarding the base-swap, it's a known bug that happens to people. The proper way to handle it is to open a customer support ticket within the game: gear button on the righthand side, select 'Customer Service'. Report your problem, then immediately lower your expectations. I have no idea how they prioritize their support tickets, but there have been reports of both same-day fixes and people who remain with the wrong base longer than a week.

You will not get Nexon's help through the use of this forum.

I had the swap bug for about 8 days, then they got me my base back with a bonus in crowns. Now I can not launch the game anymore It displays a network error. Then I retry and it stays blocked at about 25% loading bar. :-((( I was upgrading to medieval. The iPad told me the notification that medieval was reached, but I can not launch the game.... Same on iPhone and iPad Can t reach support ....
