Where is th New University Leader?

This "coming soon" notice on the new leader (I assume Wu Zetian) has been sitting on the university screen for ages and I have to wonder: Where is this new leader and what is she going to do? Is this a red herring or is it ever going to be done? Why wasn't this part of the recent update? Do you have a new update planned soon because I Want to know, especially since she was passed over for an out of left field inclusion of Haile Selassie last time.

Coming soon has kinda been there, on Wu Zetian (who?) for about 8 months or so.
I too, am curious to know, when she might be coming, if she's still coming, what she's gonna do.

Sometimes Nexon just gets super busy. My guess is they'll bring her out with Space Era. Did CWA come out Nov/Dec last year? Maybe the same in 2018?
But like Sileepuppee says, there's a lot of other stuff to do first, so you got time.

Whenever a new leader is available, the next one already appears as 'coming soon'.
As far as I know it has always been like that.

CWA was “coming soon” for a long time
