I dont think I would unlock new levels of any of them. If the fighter hitpoints were already unlocked i would have picked that one. Of the other two i would probably prefer the middle one (defender damage and raider damage).

Dvicious - Why would you not unlock any of them? The total percentages are not bad at all: 35% for Leif's Helmet, 36% for Dujeonggap Armor, 36% for Chul Mo Helmet.

given finite supplies (which we definitely have), i may unlock the fighter ones but the rest are not units i worry about in MP battles. bombers, paratroopers and generals arent used frequently enough for me to worry about. Id save those supplies to unlock "all resources looted" artifacts instead. just my 2c though.

Another question: Do you folks think it is better to keep 'All Resources Looted' or 'Looted Resources Refund'? My thought is that 'Looted Resources Refund' is much better because of overnight raiding that can happen dozens of times. So, my thinking is when calculating the # of attacks I may initiate versus the # of times I may be attacked or raided...the being raided # is much greater.

Well that really depends - I only care about oil on my main, and I have an exposed TC on my lower level alt so I don’t get raided for much. And when I go attacking I take in way more than I lose, so for me, looted refund is junk.

I use all resource looted while logged in and switch to an artifact with refund when logged out. All resources looted is much better if you can use only one

Decrease in fighter damage is what you want not hit point. Dropping hit points still allows your attacker to stay on course with his strategy, but if you drop his damage the psychological damage and strategy goes out the door. I attacked one base which probably has the damage drop so low it took my max atomic jet several pass to destroy tower, and especially the silo. It took me a while to figure out that it’s probably the artifacts.

As for your questions, I have the same question. I have 70% all resources +12% oil and 10% gold before 21% loot blessing. My goal is 100% stock all resources before blessing. Having the same percentage refunds back would not be the same because it’s been a long time someone five stars my a$$. So all resources looted is definitely worth more.

@All - Thank you for your input...much appreciated. But, back to my original question: Our of the 3 Artifact pics posted above, which 2 would you keep and build upon?

I think #1 is best as it has 2x reduced fighter HP and defender damage bonus. That works along with #2 that has 2x defender damage. #3 only has two relevant perks (defender and generals HP) which are not all that good at 6% base. I say scrap #3 and invest in #1 while you try to craft something better to replace #2

reduced fighter hp and defender damage
reduced fighters damage will cripple attacker from the onset of the battle by losing unexpected units/hp of his fighters
defender damage is good although i prefer defender hp but ur defender hp artifact is not good

Indeed, the one with reduced fighter hitpoints is by far the best choice

It really depends on if you get attacked with raiders all the time. Honestly I'm surprised no one said you should sell them all or at least do no upgrade anymore because you will find an 11% of something before. The chance to get hit with paratroopers is extremely low so I suppose sell the first but just because 2&3 are lvl 2 items I would sell them just to get more stuff for crafting. But as mentioned earlier all the supplies, blueprints and such go extremely fast no matter how much you think you have.

Inventory space is limited as well and I've made tough choices because I didn't want to spend the crowns to unlock spaces but of those items you should keep both if possible. If only one option than the resources looted is the best. You still have the storage bless to help though you only have one use depending on how much dmg they do to you but even still you don't lose as much as you can raid from someone else. It's generally better to just raid and than remember to switch to the refund ones when you're not on. You can always put the ole TC out in the open for a free kill and get that peace treaty to help alleviate the amount of raids. Someone will qv you to get artifact pieces for sure and that'll get you a few hours of silence.

While it looks like at first glance, the problem is that none of those have an 11% boost and the other problem is that a lot (For me it's all) of the stats don't play into the actual game. You should be looking for items that will work for you all/most of the time. Paratroopers, attack helis, mortar troops, guerrillas, and a few more are all units that people rarely ever use. I think when you're lower level you use them because you haven't realized how useless they are. So to use precious supplies to unlock those levels is not a good idea. You can get items with multiple 11% tiers but if they aren't things that are useful than you should sell. For weapons its the same and you shouldn't switch your game play. Like getting mortar troop dmg increase stats and than you waste resources to upgrade those troops.

For armor, the best things (Just my opinion) are those that affect planes because almost everyone attacks with planes and once in a blue moon you get those using bombers and paratroopers, defender dmg/hp/spawn time, ranged siege and ranged troops because in all likelihood they get used. Raiders perhaps as well depending on the frequency of attacks.
