Who Do I contact for Bug Issue for proper resolution to fix the bug in my account

SITUATION HAS BEEN FIXED: I have sent numerous messages to CS to try and get my donation requests fixed and it has been over 2 days and still nothing has happened. I haven't heard from an actual supervisor or tech person from this matter just customer CS telling me to be patient. I can no longer receive donations from my alliance because most have donated to me already and when I have over 1 billion spaces it will never happen. I'm not participating in wars because I can't get donations. Yes I could take easier targets but this isn't fair to the lower players! Please can someone help me get this issue resolved. Below is my original post on this matter with screenshots. I have additional screenshots if they are needed and can provide my player ID as well.

Wish they'd give me the XP gained with every research, that gets erased after game restart! I keep dropping 1 level every 2-3 days.
