Who else have problems with University Speed ups?

Every time I send a request for university speed-up, it disapears from game chat after few minutes. I don't have this problem with building or library speed up requests.
It's very frustrating spending so much resources and time on Parliament to finish this branch, but it doesn't work.

Everybody. The request disappears if you are offline. This Bug is unresolved years.

Everyone. Soooo frustrating. I’ve lost count of all the messages received from CS saying that they’re aware of the problem, their team is working on it but can’t give us any timeframe, asking for “your broad understanding and patience”, suggesting to check this forum, etc. etc. Always the same standard message, no real actions.

I face same problem, complaint to customer care but they just reply send screen shots. How one can send disappeared speed up screen shot

Don’t bother, they’re just buying time. They need no video or screenshot, they have been aware of this issue for years. It’s a silly request so that you eventually give up hopes and stop asking. Btw, I did send CS a video, easy - and pointless. As soon as a speed up request appears, launch any video-capturing app, start recording, help with the request, and stop recording once it disappears. It takes few seconds. Sent it, never ever heard from them anymore
