Why does the library not work?

According to the officail page a French S35 tank has a dps of 486. This is exactly what I have, but I have researched Chivalry and Standing Army at the library which is supposed to add 10% each. So why am I not getting +20% dps or am I missing something? It is also not adding the 10% health it claims to give. Anybody else notice this?

There is no official page, Nexon does not publish stats. If you mean the wiki, it is not unusual for the player provided information to unintentionally include the effects of library boosts in the numbers shown there.

The wiki is a good source but yes it does rely on the community to keep it all upgraded and current. It can and cannot be that exact. The only way to be sure is just keep track yourself before you do the upgrades. As far as I’ve seen everything is pretty accurate other than when big updates come out.

I noticed this as well (that the Wiki page is likely incorrect). Some times on the Wiki page, they'll list two numbers for the stats: the non-boosted one and the boosted one in parentheses. For example, you'll see it on the Battle Tank page. There's only one set of numbers on the S-35 Tank page, which suggests to me that they only had one set f figures and weren't sure whether it was the boosted or non-boosted stats.

Bogroll - the French S35 Tank had its stats updated most recently in October of last year. Their expected base stats are:

S35 Tank
Base DPS: 163
Base Hitpoints: 33,106

that’s for defender S35, from the command post. those you train in the barracks have stronger attack and weaker hp

The stats in Wiki Fandom are stats with library boosts for S35 tank. I'm pretty sure all other units are stated that way also.
If you need the plain/base stats you just have to reduce them with percentage boosts from the library.

Btw any of you here commenting are French but me and OP? Trust me Bogroll, since I'm French as well
