Hi I am a normal player (Asia)
I have been playing for over 5 years
I recently received a 7 day notice of account lockout
but I don't know any reason

I have been playing on my Iphone or ipad
I have been playing for more than 5 years

After receiving the message, I sent a letter asking the administrator
But the administrator did not give me any specific details of the offence
They only stressed that they had confirmed that it was true
But I don't understand what's wrong with me.

If I receive another message like this in the future
I will be permanently locked out of my account
I feel very angry and helpless

The admins don't tell me exactly what the infraction is
Forcing players to accept the results
I don't know what to do
Waiting to leave the game ?

My character: Drone Age (Lv 352)
Score this season: 60,000+
The museum is serious about collecting
No shortage of upgrade resources at all
No reason to break any rules

Don't bother yourself. Even if it's a mistake, you won't get a reply. If you're playing the Asian version, it doesn't matter. The Asian server is being closed. (What I heard from the players is that most of their accounts have been closed.)

I haven't heard of any closures
But we have changed agents and merged servers

I'm not sure where you heard that, but we are not closing the Asian version of DomiNations.

Please tell me what rule I have committed
that caused me to be blocked
I have been playing normally for more than five years
It is impossible to have problems for no reason
But you did not tell me the problem clearly
I will continue to be blocked in the future
I will not be able to get my account back permanently
