You now how much Soviet Union do for the Victory in World War II? Much more then all other!!!

Your statement about Soviet Union is best left with just one comment. Soviets killed almost as many people as Nazis. Ethnic cleansing, "Polish Operation" of 1937, "Kulak Operation" of 1937-38. And don't forget that Soviets invaded Poland shortly after Nazis did (Sep. 17 1939).

So no, having Soviet related events is on par with having Nazis related events.

Americans, or other European nations didn't do ethnic cleansings like Nazis or Soviets did. We didn't invade an ally that we had a non-aggression agreement with, and we have not deported hundreds of thousand of civilians into concentration camps in the middle of Siberia. Soviets were in bed with Nazis, look up Molotov-Ribbentrop Pact, and the only reason they ended up fighting against them was because Hitler invaded them.

Yes, we dropped A-bombs on Japan, but not because we could, but because it was more cost efficient and prevented further loss of life, on our side at least.

How many Polish army officers were killed in Katyn by Soviets? They were murdered just because Soviets could. 22 thousand war prisoners murdered by Soviets, just because they could.

Soviets were the same scum as Nazis, so I'm against any events dedicated to them.

LOL, did you even bother to read that article? What is it suppose to prove? How does that relate to World War 2? Let me quote something:

Sponge, i think , this is wrong logic. US did a lot of trouble around the would, Just take a recent history. They messed up all Middle East. US gov lied about chemical weapon in Irak. They supported Pinochet, who killed thousand people. Please dont tel me that US deserve to be in game's event

Ok so... First of all, not sure what point you are trying to make here. Not sure what aliens have to do with this game. And as far as the events are concerned I think they cover a good assortment of countries. Off the top of my head I can think of French, Chinese, Japanese as well as events that could have represented any number of nations (wolves and diamonds are in many countries) but if there is an over emphasis on American represented events I would say it is because BHG is based in America and this is where the programmers live. I think they've done an excellent job of representing many nations in this game. With people playing from all over the world it would be pretty difficult to please everyone especially since we all have different views as to the good, bad and ugly things that happen during war time. History is what has been presented to us in our local institutions and may not necessarily reflect reality all that accurately. My history lesson as an American can be totally different from those who grew up in Germany, UK, Japan France or Russia with emphasis being placed on different things. The outcome may be the same but the process is written with the eye of the beholder. No one wants to think they live in a country that would do horrible things to other people but it's war and we are all humans.

So with that said how about we keep our judgements to ourselves especially about things that happened generations in our past by people who are no longer living to take the blame. People living today didn't make those decisions and the people who did didn't have all the information we have today. We learn from the past and move forward to the future and if we can all get over ourselves and realize we are all human beings, living on a big blue ball flying in space then the future will be a much better place to be. Oh!!! That's where the aliens come in! Gotcha

Ravik, I am Russian, born in Rostov...please use your brain and not your emotions. Everything you are posting and claiming just confirms stereotypes about Russians. We know our past is not perfect, we are not socialists now and we do not defend the Soviet Union, that's the past. I don't expect Germans now to be blamed for Hitlers crimes, I won't blame Syrians for ISIS when that mess is finally over. We are human beings and do very ugly things, but in hind site we really should not be defending it simply because it is our heritage. Americans are just as proud as Russians, but you will not find many defending slavery/segregation, Japanese internment camps, etc. Each country has a history it needs to learn from, Russians need to learn from their past not try to justify it as if it matters now.

Geez people, looking at the question posted above and the other comments from Ravik, l can't see anything wrong really. I dont see any commentary in there about Russia or anyone else's political or racial history - l just see a guy asking why not give Russian history a fair go in Dominations. (Maybe someone should tell him that Russians arent actually in Dominations but anyway ......)

Yes we know Stalin killed more people than Hitler, Mao Zedong wasn't exactly a choir boy, Pol Pot decimated and stunted the growth of Cambodia, etc, etc - but as GailWho pointed out, these people are not indicative of their country or the people and I'm pretty sure Ravik wasnt even suggesting that!!

So let's not jump down someone's throat with our perceptions of what they meant ..... look at what's being written, not what we want to see.

His country is named Russia, not CCCP (USSR), so I would assume anybody with a bit of brain would recognize that distinction.
