Why won’t they get it: SLASH TIMES

The times are always a big problem especially with the university and not to mention that other buildings need more people as they go up (why do citizen counts go up as you age. More people and more time for buildings wth).

I’m saying this as I still haven’t finished level 2 and still got level 3 to do (AAHH!)
