winning defence but still losing medals

Another cheater at the top - get rid of these people nexon - start setting examples !

After he lost attack, when all his troops were exhausted he dropped some kind of flares on my town centre and forbidden city - they did nothing obvious - the town centre was still there and only when i saw the -3 i realised that those "flares" were the mods that gave him the win - please watch my defence replay in your log files - this guy is blatantly using a mod or tool of sorts -

I've had this a few times too. I thought it was a glitch. I noticed it because after being attacked and losing with 4 stars, I had no peace treaty. So I got wiped again. When I saw the replay it was 4 stars but the log said 2, and no peace treaty so I got hit an hour later! and the same thing happened. Lost with 3 stars and no peace treaty.

Is this correct?
