world war cheaters!

Has any alliances run into any issues during war with individual bases having immune walls that can't be destroyed? We are currently in a war with an alliance called "World at War" when one of my highest members hit someone on their side. Two max level enlightenment wall breakers, 120 troops and a high level general couldn't get through not one part of a level 7 wall on the target they were hitting which leads me to believe this person is cheating.

Nexon please ban the cheaters! This is ruining world wars.

Yeah, we have come across a few bases like that, indestructable Buildings, Defenders with Hyper Health & Dozens of Troops Streaming out of TC's etc.
I think they call it Modding...
