Medal imbalance. Because high medals players only receive one medal and can lose up to 40 per attack, high level players rush the tc. Combined with the fact that factory and airstrip no longer work with training blessing (awful!) top players do not attemp five star attacks because they lose too...

Rushing is just a way to get picked on. I'll stop by at 5 today and pick up your juicy loot. For your information, factory is just like barracks, so you actually have to upgrade barracks. Sorry!

That's the problem. Most players aren't dbukalski, they don't like to grind through no opponents and would rather drop.
