World war replays, and not being able to get in war because I'm being scouted. Also, being able to recruit and accept users by progress instead of medals. It's hard to know how well town is doing in war if I can't see replays

When will this be fixed? I'm trying to move my game from an iOS device to another, but it just starts a new game on the other device, both signed in to Game Center with same account. Ive already spend about 100$ on this game and can't move to my new device.. Please help.
