Unscoutable and attackable base in ww

we are matched up with them again and the base is still there and still unscoutable. This proves that you guys have done ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. This will cost us exp and an impossible perfect match and possibly a lost. What are you guys doing? Please take action against cheaters and situations like this. This is not acceptable and now we have proof that you took no action to rectify reported issues. This was also reported in game by many members. Don't close this thread until you confirm this is fixed and we can attack the base or compensate us appropriately. He is base 6 in this war.

This is the same person in same alliance that we fought 2 wars ago. Y'all said you would look into it, but obviously nothing was done. He was 7 then and 6 this time
