“No current Expedition available”

my alt with a lvl 9 dock has all 3 slots empty with just that message and a counter. is anyone else also experiencing this?

what i’d like to know is, is this dependent on me personally sending out too many expeditions in a short amount of time and it only happens to me, or is it dependent on all players globally sending out too many expeditions and it happens to everyone at the same time?
if latter, is it dependent on the specific destinations so that it will only happen to everyone with the same level of dock, while less popular dock levels remain unaffected?

I saw the same thing after sending out a lot of expeditions one after another. I assumed it was just me

I think there's a limit of how many expeditions in a quick row you can send out, so that people with lots of crowns/money can't just spam expeditions to max all of museum in a heartbeat
