The same thing happened to me. I lost over 122k of food. The attacker lost all his troops, hardly stole any resources and then targeted one of the farms with rally.
Definitely a hack/exploit. I don't have the iPad with me right now, and since the app update this morning I can no longer watch replies, so no screenshots, but I'll get the player name later today.
This should be fixed asap, resources refunded, and cheating players banned, period.

Actually, you can post the names of individual accounts until the cows come home, but these aren't the people who are really screwing you over. I'd say that honor goes to Nexon/BHG for not doing even the most basic due diligence to ensure this type of thing doesn't happen. This enterprise only succeeds financially if people continue to sink money into it as they play, which is why it completely baffles me why they don't fix this and other issues straight away before even thinking about releasing new content. One day this fiasco will be studied in business schools around the world as a cautionary tale. I just wonder at what point the money being refunded players will be more than the money being spent in game: and then, kaboom.

Game is full of cheaters and the company won't do anything about it. Won't be spending another dime on this game or any game run or made by them. And to you people who feel the need to cheat at a game:You are lower than scum and the reason games die off. After being a victim of this cheat more times than I care to, time to leave the game.

i was hit by 2 cheaters over the last 2 days. this is really bs, and needs to be resolved immediately.

please ban player Andrey2217 in the Russian alli and ban player Rep in the B*R alli. also, we would all like our stolen medals and resources back asap. i play an honest game, and even spend money on it regularly, so i expect to be treated fairly and having this kinda stuff happening regularly, really makes me wonder if i should just go spend my time and money on a different game.

Report this through in game support. They got back to me after a few days, asking for screenshots, but like I said earlier, since the latest update, I don't have access to old replies anymore.
