Is it possible to have 2 accounts with different towns on the same devices. I was trying to do that but I ended having 3 Gmail with the same town.
Please help.

Yes, but the way I did it was to use a "fresh" device to install the game with a "fresh" account. then you can switch around accounts on your own device.

For Android tablet, you can have 2 or more user, each have an Google account link with a Domination town.
For phone that don't have separated user log-in, there is guides around. You install 2 Google accounts, the game is linked to the last Google ID, so you have to manually unlink it and link to the right Google ID each time, using the menu button on the right-middle side

I tried all mentioned nothing worked. I even deleted the whole game removed my mail account. Made a new email and the active account for the phone. Then downloaded the game.
When I started for some reason it remebered the the old Base.

you can you just got to keep trying. you have to disconnect and reconnect on the right hand menu under the google play tab. You don't have to reset the device or anything. I forget the exact way to go about it but it's not anything that involved.

The Game is linked to the device, you need to have a clean device (restore it to factory if you have a game already used on it).
once you have a clean device use the new account to start the new game. once the new game is on the new account you can redo everything again with your old account to get it back to normal and then just swap accounts with game center or play games.

I recently tried to link to an apple account on a friends device and it linked his game instead. we completely swapped accounts on the device, but didnt restore it to factory. still kept the last game on the device.

now how do you reset/delete just an apple game center account?? sigh.

P.S.
In android, the original account game will load first, no matter which game account you are logged into. you need to disconnect and reconnect within the game and it will pop up googles play games with a list of accounts. choose the account you want to play and it will say we have found so&so game in ???? Age.
say ok if its the game you want to play.
In Apple, the original account will load(show) but a pop up will say we have found so&so game... you need to change game center accounts in settings before entering the game to swap accounts.

Same question but for IOS/Iphone. I tried to create new game center account with thought that it wl link to new domination acc/new town but it keeps remembering my old town.

Just did it, need to wipe the device to erase the game. started fresh and I was even able to link account without any problems.
when done restore it with your original backup and then you can just switch accounts.

You don't need to wipe and restore the device, that's a nuclear option. You just need to delete the app, start fresh with new game center account, and when you want to play with old account, just sign in to original game center account.

It worked for me. I used another device which never installed the game on. I connect it to a new mail. When you go back to your original phone. Before start the game open google+ (red circle with g+ on it) add the new account then start the game disconnect and connect with the other mail. The pop will show asking if you want to change it.

we did originally delete the game when we used a different account, but his game still linked when the game was reinstalled. the video link below talks about file removing. almost easier to wipe and load from backup.

I've 2 Domination accounts on different devices: IA on IOS & Gun age on Android. Tried sponge's method but it didn't work with me.
1) Delete the app on IOS
2) Create new Game Center (GC) account
3) Re-install the app with above new GC account
At first, it started from Dawn Age which was what i wanted. Then i linked with the Domination's Gun age on Android and it worked perfectly. However, when i signed out the 2) GC account and signed in with the original GC account, the device still remerber the Gun age instead of original IA
