There were five close calls between the United States and the U.S.S.R. that almost resulted in worldwide nuclear war. During the Cuban Missile Crisis in 1962, American destroyer USS Beale fired warning shots toward the Soviet submarine B-59. While these were only meant to force the submarine to surface, the B-59's captain mistook them for an attack and ordered a nuclear-tipped torpedo to be fired. However, second-in-command Vasili Arkhipov refused to give his consent and the submarine instead rose to the surface, thus avoiding nuclear war. Though Arkhipov's heroics were not found out until 40 years later, he has since been called “the man who saved the world.”

I would say, Nexon need to calculate carefully how many hours they expecting casual / no life palyer playing daily, in order to have a reasonable production rate.
