A couple more observations

One thing that another game I play in gives us the ability to check on our enemy. We can just click on one of their peeps and go to their clan. It is pretty cool because we can see if they are on a winning streak or losing streak. See their overall record, so on and so forth. I think Dominations should have the ability to keep track and be able to show of your achievements to other alliances. kind of gives some pride among the coalition. Right now I am just trying to look at our enemy and get the one bit of information from the that I can, how long they have been active. We have had some inactive ones in the past and knew there was no way for a loss so there was no need to send out on an expedition to get an extra army. But to my case in point, because I can't just click on their coalition and see it and because their name is so many other other clans, I can't find them no way no how. In this case their name is Brasil. See how many of that name pulls up.
Still wish there was war replays. It would even be helpful if it was just available after the war. I want to be able to see where my base is weak. I think this is very important. But I do know from other posts that I am barking up the wrong tree but if we scream loud from the mountain tops long enough you never know.

Would you like the enemy to just give you all their secrets? That's tantamount to what you're asking, isn't it?
Would you want others to see your history/secrets? I think the mystery is good because it's the mystery that makes the game more challenging. Scouting the bases during war is enough, imo.

Nope. Not asking them to give their secrets at all. Just think it would be cool to see how other alliances are doing and be able to compare our mere existence to them. I don't want to know their secrets but just think it would be cool to be able to see their records. Right now it is easy for our enemy to see our online status as i don't think there is anyone else with the name we have. Why should it be fair to let them be able to see if we have inactives but not us on them? I am just putting my opinion out there. Not trying to create any controversy over this.

yes, we often search out enemy alliances and take a look at their activity levels etc... its a good practice..and it would be nice if alliance names were more searchable... for instance, they could have a # associated with them for unique search....

So just found a huge reason for having replays available. I just did an attack on an enemy. I know that I took the town center out in about 35-40 seconds. When the village was finished off only 4 stars popped up. So I was thinking that I just needed to get out of that screen and look at the attack log. It still showed only 4 stars. Needless to say I'm a little miffed. Wanted to verify my taking out the tc in time but noooooo, there is no replay to watch. Lol

So just found a huge reason for having replays available. I just did an attack on an enemy. I know that I took the town center out in about 35-40 seconds. When the village was finished off only 4 stars popped up. So I was thinking that I just needed to get out of that screen and look at the attack log. It still showed only 4 stars. Needless to say I'm a little miffed. Wanted to verify my taking out the tc in time but noooooo, there is no replay to watch. Lol

This might be the result of the Forbidden City wonder, which acts as a backup Town Center - so you would have to kill both the main Town Center and the Forbidden City within the Quick Victory timer in order to get that star.

It's a bug. Happened to me also a few times, i didn't get the quick victory star even if i took down the TC in the first 40 secs and there was no forbidden city.

This is a valid observation. As a user myself of the forbidden city though I know for a fact that he did not have it. I'm going to go with "It's a bug" pointed out by Ava Dome.
