A suggestion for loot available

There should be a way to figure out how much of my resources ( food, gold, oil) can be looted when i log out of the game. A drop down list at the resource bars can tell me exactly how much can be looted. I can then figure out before logging out, what to keep in the vault, if i need to spend any resource for upgrades, etc.
