for the second time i have opened my game and a forest was miraculously cleared .... with crowns and gold used as if i had instant-cleared it. i did not.
i suppose a passing ghostly woodcutter could have done it ..but it certainly isn't where i would choose to use crowns...
....and it permanently altered my previously beautiful base aestthetic.
i did report this .. but i expect nothing; the rational person would just suppose my finger slips, and crown use is part of the game.
but even if it was my finger slipping without my notice, crowns are not 'secure'.... there is no "disable blue buttons" option. if i'm supposed to desire crowns enough to buy them, this isn't practical .. they are not secure.
even if it was my finger ... the intent of the yes/no verification step has failed twice, suspiciously both on forests.
if we are to value crowns we should be able to electively disable the blue buttons.
it happened on login both times... so i cannot help a feeling it's a subtle dangerous bug....
if it wasn't for my repeat experience i would agree with a skeptical opinion. i assure you i did not see any forest clear or verification about it.
has anyone else had this happen?
edit:
customer service responded that since the instant-complete did happen in the logs it was not 'fixable' ....
i respect the skeptic but the same thing happened twice, so it's an issue that's taken a few thousand crowns from me.
the main damage is that i have lost attachment to crowns if they will just be spent accidentally.... there should be a 'blue button disable' option.
it would be an error in marketing to depend on accidental crown spending enough to decline the feature; nexxon could not intend that.
