Account lost. Customer support ignoring me.

So I had a level 195 account, been playing about 18 months. Last week, the game kept crashing on launch on my phone. I gave it about twelve hours, but nobody else was affected so I figured it was a local issue on my phone.

I deleted and reinstalled, confident my progress was saved to my Google Play account.

However, when I launched the client it didn't reload my base even though Google Play account was connected. Worse still, it saved the level 1 base over my level 195 base. No matter what I try, can't get it back.

I emailed customer support, they gave me the usual reply of your account is an Asian server account. You need to contact them. I contacted them, and as usual they completely ignored the ticket, probably because I write in English and everything on the support system is Korean. I wrote an ingame ticket too, also told to email Korean support and ticket was closed.

I emailed the English speaking guys a few times and they completely ignored me for a few days now.

My base is messed up and nobody in my Alliance can view it in World Wars. What's worst, opponents can't attack it either so they can't possibly max us. Completely unfair.

So I am left in limbo. Both sets is customer support ignore me, my account is messed up and I have no options?

Funny thing is, that after each support ticket there is always different gamemaster responding, but the answer is always the same, like from a chatbot :). 11th day of “investigating” passed quietly, apparently it seems to be more efficient to respond to hundreds of support requests, than to ban cheating. Unless it is really a chatbot responding, than I understand that efficiency of support is not a problem.

Yeah, they are useless. Good luck trying to get them agreeing that including an alliance member in a world war is cheating though.

More to the point, still nothing from any channel - ingame, web, forum, PM, email. Account level is up to 196 after all upgrades finished. Doubt I'll ever get to play with heavy tank Mk4 though.

Well to be completely fair, your own player on opposing side shouldn't attack either, otherwise you have a 2-attack advantage. I'm actually sympathetic with Bloodaxe on this one, based on his description support has proven repeatedly that they don't care because this doesn't directly inconvenience them. His alliance is doing just that, creating enough of an annoyance for Nexon to take this issue seriously, "squeaky wheel gets the grease" as they say. And I'm 100% sure that your claim about you raising awareness about this issue before it inconvenienced you is bull...

Well I want to say thank you to Apos. His idea worked and yesterday I finally got my old profile back. They simply copied it over the new one that I had started when Dominations reinstalled with 'Western' not 'Asian' build.

I'm not sure why it took them so long to figure this out but I'm back up and running and a bonus is I'm not on the crappy Asian build so I have gem offers and Marco Polo one. Just unloaded some of my maxxed rubies on him.
