Add video-retrain after game crash

Please add the possibility to retrain the lost lost army due to a game crash or a connection lost.

It's just insane to loose all the army due to a game error and loose the free video-retrain at the same time. That's the situation where free video-retrain would came most handy.

Also as a 'side procuct' you can allow the free video-retrain (when available of course) after disbanding old army setup and training a new one.

I like the idea, but as always, how do we tell the difference between a legitimate game crash and a force-quit? It would have to be limited to once or twice per day.
