After the raiders snipe the TC, they split up to go after the nearby mill. The first half tries to go through the wall ... they die just as it falls. The second half goes around the wall (right past another full mill), take down the mill target, then die trying to drill through the same wall that the first half already put a hole through. LOL!

I should get some video recording software setup - plenty of dumbass raider AI.

Had a TC surrounded by bulging markets, Engineers pop a hole in the Lvl13 walls, raiders take the TC, then all decide to break out through another Lvl13 wall to get a practically empty sack of gold because it was one square nearer than the markets. Needless to say they all died.

Or similar is they all bolt back through the original hole and do a circuit of the base to get another sack of gold past rows of redoubts and cannon.

Seem to have a fondness for worker houses too.

if that's what Nexon calls 'AI improvements' then please, don't improve it any more...

only positive thing I see at the moment, is that so far, my healers didn't get stuck even once (not that it was very often, so still might happen). Cannons are still oblivious to things that shoot at them and can die in pretty much one volley, healers are still waiting patiently to get killed by any thing, archers still don't protect their comrades as much as it would be helpful (3 cannons and 1 healer dead to one cavalry defender is not a fast response time), haven't tried soldiers (but not expecting much)...

got annoyed so much, I started upgrading my farms and caravans...

it actually gets better with path finding vs wall. Just did an attack with my low second village, 9 raiders, from same point picked up a mill to destroy.
3 went left to walk around long wall to the get to the mill
3 went right to walk around long wall to get to the mill
3 decided it's to far away and went to destroy lvl 3 wall to get to the mill, next to it was a long piece of lvl 2 wall but they didn't care for so little challenge...

only about 1 each (total 3) actually arrived at said mill, at same time...

this is just not funny any more..

Profit would increase with growth of the player base. I agree that the devs are using the methods you describe to increase profit, but I feel strongly that they are making bad decision.

Keep in mind that this game used to be top 50 in revenue producers, and it no longer is. Revenue and profit should be going through the roof, but they're making bad decisions, losing people, and frustrating people to the point where they look for every opportunity to bash the game online.

Poor choices. Make the game fun. Worry about squeezing your player base for Ferrari money later...

(I don't bash the game, and I recommend not doing so.)

With such advancements in AI the human race is safe. Pre update my tanks would follow my engineer to the tc after a rally. The engineer would blow a hole and the tanks would follow and do its job. Now the tanks would split take various path to the wall that my engineer has marked for demolition, increasing the chance of setting of traps and then hack away at a wall next to hole that my engineer has blow. I could not bear to watch the onslaught.

Your tank commanders and my moto raiders must have attended the same training establishment. Engineer makes a hole left side of a gate, motos decide to hack through a wall on the right side of the gate.

(As gates are usually lower HP, why don't they all attack that?)

Well, it put me off playing... doing 4 attacks per day now, 3 of them I slap my forehead with my palm... give them one month to fix it, if not... well, no one will miss me any way ;-)

Yes sometimes it's better to admit a mistake and just roll back to the previous stable situation? Yesterday I started playing again after a 5d PT and it's just awful. I've had multiple normal attacks gone wrong.

First, I drop wall miners and raiders at the same time and rally on TC. Before, they would focus on one single wall piece. Here, the wall miners popped a hole on one piece and the raiders attacked another piece next to it.

Then I thought I learned my lesson and let the wall miners popped the hole before rallying on TC. And that wasn't better, the hole was wide open, they still decided to try to break the wall next to the hole.

Now every battle I just have to say a little prayer before rallying. I'm not even talking about random resources targeting after TC is down, they won't even get to the TC with a normal rally.

Best way for me to get these is your replays, since we can watch them here. Your player name + defender name is all I need, then I can grab them from your logs. I'll start a sticky post for people to reply to.

iron angel don't think you get much response from high level players. Most will FQ rather than take -39 medal lost

btw, I thought you said you play this game now, you should have enough evidence in your own log ;-)
