Air defence upgrading

How come the air defence still shoots at the balloon and plane when it is upgrading ? This was a regular PvP battle
All other buildings are inactive during this time. Except in the wars.

I was still building my first air defense and found it to be active in War even though it has not finished building yet.

there is a game bug that shows air defense of opponents in upgrade (when in fact they are not) whenever you have an air defense on upgrade in your own base. This is an old bug that was once fixed and reappeared again.

There is a bug when you are upgrading or building an air defense, some air defenses of other players will appear to be upgrading when they are not. The visual bug even affects your own base if you have multiple air defenses.
