Alliance caught Cheating!

My alliance is in a war. The opponents number 19 level 52 took out our 1 level 244 44 seconds & 2 level 258 1 min 3 seconds with 100% 5 stars.
We have reported this alliance Battlehamer. We have sent screenshots supporting their very apparent cheating.

It just proves that nexon doesn't care. Time and time again players are reported and they do nothing. These cheaters are proving how big of a bug they extort without any repercussions.

Wow I I looked at the attacker’s village. No embassy. No museum. Barely an alliance Gate. Could you post a replay of the attack somewhere?

What kind of positive feedback are you expecting? When you say compensation I hope you mean the cheater is banned which helps the entire community and not that a single player gets 300 crowns which is a joke in its self.

Even if they do ban that low level player it's probably someone's alt and they will just create a new one and keep doing the same thing until the bug is fixed.

Any videos? Screenshots can be manipulated. Videos too, but accusing someone/some people cheating ~ in attacks will need more realistic evidence.
You're expecting a massive ban? Or null war result?

Let's be honest that cheating accusations are not that easy to handle. Remember back then in 2015 tons of accounts were rolled back and/or banned for cheating suspicions? Some of them were not even legit accusations.

Just keep reporting. Let the system work.

Cheating is a serious problen that Nexon have to Fix!!
there are 1000s of players with 15-20 buildings upgrading, you do not need more probes. or industrial age players using coalitions level 7
