It might help if you stated that upgrading buildings are placed in such a way as to hide the fact that they are upgrading. This is appears to be done to hide the fact that these people are upgrading to many buildings simultaneously. On 2 of the bases I can count around 30 people upgrading (hard to see). I assume the other bases are doing something similar?

If the cheat is by purpose, you should ban them instantly! Loosing glory is not a big deal. Nobody is looking at the glory so far. It also doesn’t hurt them. 2 month world war ban will hurt them! That’s better than loosing glory.

I stopped reporting cheating alliances. Again we are fighting a cheater alliance in worldwar. Now 4 in a row. After 5 years and being level 298 i know when they are cheating. Half our alliance is close to level 300 and we are runover by players 50 level lower. Nothing is done about it. Such a shame for this great game.
