I suggested this idea in past.
If the Glory of the Alliances decreases to a fixed point each month, more activity will take place between the Alliances and the players in game. It will lead to a good permanent competition. This point can be discussed. That 30% of the top Alliances are competing again. I don't know why this issue hasn't been addressed yet. It's also commercially viable for the developer. However, the more wars there are, the more TT cards are used by the players. and we see more activity.
