Alliance player stats

I'm running an alliance and it's hard to see who's active - what I'd like to see is a rate of change symbol (like stock exchange) with green arrow up or red arrow down for medals per24h or week or some time, and something also for overall rank.

At the moment I make note of the troops received and troops donated. I also make note of some of the players city layout and see if they are improving it. The info pane should also contain last login date and time.
