Alliance rankings and their duties

There are only 4 positions available in the alliances. 2 of which have no differences between them, the member and the council. They have no special functions. It would be nice to have more control over what titles, responsibilities and luxuries, leaders can give to their members.

leaders creating positions like world war commanders for when leaders have to be out of war for whatever reason, or informants to train new recruits to the rules of the alliance, and on that note, giving alliances a place to write out the rules. Granted this isn't an mmo however I have some developer experience in app games, and I think it would pay off well to add in more feature for alliances.

leaders should have lists of responsibilities that they can select each ranking to have. My alliance, the first order, too often do i find myself wanting to promote my members but it seems pointless to give them any ranking other than co leader. However I don't want to have 7 co leaders either. My clan is very hard working though, and I wish to give them a better reward. Speaking of a reward, that's even more of an idea. Rewards the leaders can hand out for active participation in alliances. I love this game, however I feel the alliance aspect of the game is the weakest part of the game. And we're only as strong as our weakest link. A lot of people play solo due to lack of alliance capabilities.

If the leader were able to hand out rewards they would have to be limited if they had impact on the game. (Anything other then 'title' or 'badges'.)
I could maybe see appointed War Offensive & Defensive Coordinators that get a small bump in their stats (Towers, walls, barracks, etc..) that lasts the duration of the war. These players would have a special ribbon or badge to clearly distinguish them when in the planning stage. It would be a nice perk the Leader could bestow even if they were not in the current war.

XxSithisxx not true. Council and member don't have identical rights. Council can promote Member to Council or kick him from clan. I think the concept of Council is fine, I would like another role between Council and Co-Leader, however - someone who has additional privileges like starting wars.
